Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 教育領導與發展研究所 === 94 === The purpose of the study was to explore the job involvement of sport-team training and its influencing factors on physical education teachers in junior high schools. Reviewing the relevant literature, job involvement could be categorized into five dimensions, including “job identification,” “job concentration,” “job interests,” “job values,” and “job responsibility.” The influencing factors in job involvement of sport-team training could be divided into “personal factors” and “environmental factors.” The method of questionnaire survey was used in the study. The questionnaires were distributed to all of the physical education teachers at 59 junior high schools in Taoyuan County. There were 300 copies of questionnaire sent and received 280 copies. The returned rate was 93.3%. Of them, there were 269 copies of questionnaire could be analyzed. The rate of availability was 96.1%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearosn’s product-moment correlation, partial correlation, and multiple regressions. The results of the study were as follows. First of all, the level of the job involvement of sport-team training for physical education teachers in junior schools was below average. There were significantly positive correlations between the job involvement of sport-team training and several factors, such as gender, whether or not guiding the sport team, years of guiding the sport team, motivation of individual participation, and incentives provided by the schools. Physical education teachers who married were showed significantly higher “job interests” than singles. Those with over 4 years and under 8 years of working experiences whose “job identification” were significantly better than those with over 8 years of working experiences. Physical education teachers with bachelor’s degrees were significantly higher than those with master’s degrees in terms of the “job responsibility.” Nevertheless, there were no significant differences between the job involvement of sport-team training and several factors, including the ages and the positions of the teachers, as well as the size of schools. Finally, among all of influencing factors, the motivation of individual participation had the best explanation in job involvement of sport-team training on the physical education teacher
