However, to run an enterprise forever and carry on continuously, the invigoration of the 2nd generation is of vitally important. Relatively, the development of the process of invigoration platform and the relationship network is of a far more important subject. This study adopts a substantial way by visiting and interviewing individual 2nd generation head of various public companies of different industries, and collecting information for analysis. It is noticed from interviews that the invigoration platform for the 2nd generation of enterprises requires following three major conditions and they are nothing to do with industries, namely 1. a programmed arrangement for education 2. a systematical training for succession 3. a resources allowing mistakes and reinvestment The relationship network can be classified in five modes, namely 1. Relationship network of relatives 2. Relationship network of emotion 3. Relationship network of office power 4. Relationship network of interpenetration 5. Relationship network of transaction and implement In the process of growing up and schooling, the relationship networks of relatives and emotion are requisite in these stages, and the systematical training for succession in invigoration platform connects directly to the relationship network of office power. The relationship network of interpenetration is played by division of labors in the course of succession.
