Abstract: The purpose of this study is to realize customer purchasing behavior and customer satisfaction, loyalty of GPS vehicle security system.This study discusses which functions and service items of GPS vehicle security influence customers deeply and will rise the customers satisfaction up.And the connection between customers satisfaction and loyalty will also be exhibited.The conclusion statements of this study as below: 1. Among customer purchasing factors, the information sources and the decision factors, the main factor is the relatives’ and friends’ introduction and recommendation. 2. The functions which customers need most, in sequence, are GPS tracking cars, the security telegraph’s function and the notification service of 24 hours surveillance central. 3. The satisfaction of the customers who have the security service’ experiences are lower. 4. Customer satisfaction is related to customer loyalty, customer satisfaction can affect customer loyalty.
