In this thesis, the Maximum Demand Contract customer (Far-East University) is the study case. According to the regular service (Time of Use) rate and the average temperature of each month in past years, the demand charge, energy charge, power factor, and penalty charge will be examined. The relationship between these factors will also be investigated. The key factors of Maximum Demand will be obtained in this dissertation. To develop the Annual Power Demand Prediction System, the numerical model will be done by the Fuzzy logic theorems. The fuzzy model will imitate the maximum demand of FEU according to the history data. In order to optimize the model parameters and reduce the model error, the Genetic Algorithm will be introduced to perform the optimization process. From the evolution procedure, the optimal maximum demand contract will be achieved.
