Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 機械工程學所 === 94 === This research introduces the J-A model to the modeling and control of the flexible magnetic actuating device. The control system includes a PI feedback controller and a feedforward controller that is based on the J-A model. Simulations for different input and output responses in the sampled-data system are conducted to evaluate the modeling accuracy and controller performance. Its result can be done for the reference of choosing the actuating device and controller parameters.
Feedforward controllers' response time is faster 20μs than PI controller;When the input is a step signal, the overshoot of feedforward controller is bigger μm than PI controller.
