Due to have a complete safety requested, it should be conducted into each items request of PPAP process before samples submission stage. By means of the process of PPAP, the production parts can be found out all the defects and potential failure factors then bring up a effective prevention and correct action to reach customer’s expectation and objective before production run. The research utilize a method of case study. By means of researcher to participate in the project and assist suppliers to conduct into PPAP process and refer to QS9000 system that conducted into PPAP process on the suppliesr of automobile production parts and building out a PPAP process that meet both customer’s request and agree with the suppliers of gas fittings. Though each manufacturer have their specification and production process, but after they are conducted into PPAP process, they should be completely applied to customer’s rule of PPAP to proceed with the production run for making sure their reliability. By means of the study issue of KPC (key process control) : 1). The key process of the surface and internal structure: forging process. 2). The surface roughness of gas fittings. 3).The concentricity of gas fittings. 4).The run-out of gas fittings. 5). FMEA comparison analysis of KPC before improvement and after improvement, and the study issues of MSA (measurement system analysis): 1). The rooting analysis of measurement deviation. 2). The variance of measurement equipment. 3). The analysis of repeatability and reproducibility ,which as a additional description for the following up analysis and research on conducting into PPAP process of gas fitting suppliers. Finally, we expect that the results and process of the research can be as the reference data of key products on applying the advanced products quality planning and conducted into PPAP. Moreover, it could be the reference data to the follower who will go to study the relevant topic in the future.
