| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 都市計畫所 === 94 === This study analyzes the execution results of Jiji as well as Long Chuen Image Districts in 921 Earthquake Post-Disaster Area. This study used the methods of interview and questionnaire enrvey to collect date. According to 399 respondents and interviewee there are three reasons influence the project executions. First, the budget cancellation of 2003 by 921 Earthquake Post-Disaster Recover Commission resulted in the assistant teams withdrew, and then the local commercial organizations couldn''t operated by themselves. Second, the assistant teams lacked of coordinative and managed capability that couldn''t concentrate the local people''s views in common. Third, the construction funds were functioned improperly. According to the questionnaires analysis, most of the interviewers rated both image commercial districts average. The main reason is the assistant achievement wasn''t evident.
