碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 都市計畫所 === 94 === The Issue of study explores processes regard to Pension industry development in Chin-Jin area. The study understands the different cognitions of Pension development between inhabitants and Pension owners living in Chin-Jin area. The content divided into two directions;first discussion about three aspects of the physical environment, economic, socio-cultural. Review literature and investigation, the results show that these problems related to the arrangement of regional resource, planning and Pension regulations. In recent years, the Pension industry has become the major work instead of avocation in Chin-Jin area, which is against the law in such district. Therefore, the reasons and issues which have caused the previous mentioned problems were the major focus of this research. Second, the study has used questionnaires survey method to collect the required data. Research hypothesizes comprise three topics： 1. Inhabitants and Pension owners were significantly different to cognition about Pension industry development 2. Residents and Settlers were significantly different to cognition about Pension industry development 3. Different data properties were significantly different to cognition about Pension industry development The cognitions of Pension industry development between inhabitants and pension owners show that top three influences are water, traffic and waste water issues. Inhabitants’ cognitions of negative impact are strong. Pension owners’ cognitions of positive affects more than inhabitants’. The different of cognitions were the period when they dwelt in Chin-Jin area. The analysis presents that Pension industry development causes a lot of substantial variations. Finally, this research gives suggestions on the existing enforcement, planning and management side of advises on the pension regulations.
