Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 航太與系統工程所 === 94 === This thesis was aimed at using knitted performs fabrics and phenolic resin for making carbon/carbon composites, with utilizing liquid impregnation method to impregnate repeatedly for acquiring the result of densified composites. The first three cycles of impregnation and carbonization have been applied to knitted fabrics for producing the carbon/carbon composites are at 600℃,followed procedure at 1000℃.The work was focused on the influence of the different count of knitting yarn(6K、12K)and the quantity of laid-in yarn on the resulting of material properties. The compressive test and shear test were conducted, and the loads were measured. It revealed that the compressive strengths and shear strengths were enhanced with increase of laid-in yarns, and the compressive strengths were enhanced with increase of knitting yarns, with the shear strengths reduced. The mechanical properties were influenced significantly by the strength direction.
