| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 建築所 === 94 === As a result of environmental protection consciousness and industrial park environment image demand to raise ,the importance of the ecology landscape planning in the industrial park development to grow with each passing day .To make a comprehensive survey of stage at present domestic industrial park ,to be related to green work mainly still the entrance of factory district; however the water content aspect to lack consider planning of the whole and the ecology ,therefore to promote ecology to green and the water content in the industrial park quality are important topics. This research aim at "the inland" in Taichung industrial park manufacturer random sampling 100 factories as samples , as well as "the coastal" in Taichung harbor related industrial park to proceed the investigation 88 manufacturers , to estimate index in the green building of "the greenery" and "the soil water content" as state of play investigate and research on the spot ,and then make use of methods of statistics to compare and analyze factors , by actual to understand industrial park of environment state of play and influence factors.
In this research investigation result to show ,the greenery of sidewalks in greenery part contribution high ,in opposition to show manufacturers interior lack of the green condition ; however the soil water content aspect , no matter "the inland" or "the coastal" the industrial park ,to see manufacturers interior the green condition not good and parking space also design to use water-proof a shop front , it causes the investigation sample the water-permeable state of play obvious insufficient ,the overall of the water content benefit therefore is also weak. Finally it will propose to green way and the water content technique of the industrial park activity environment appropriately ,it will provide reference pattern the future industrial park environment of improvement and the development emerging industrial park.
