Our research results show that these factors, like age, marriage status, seniority, position, and average annual income are significant to job satisfaction. The level of job satisfaction that age at 31-40 years old and lower average annual income is the lowest. These factors, like age, level of education, seniority, position, and average annual income are significant to organizational commitment. Organizational commitment of seniority in 5-10 years is the lowest. These factors, like age, level of education, seniority, and average annual income are significant to the image restoration strategies. The salesman of higher average annual income is more hope the company to adopt the corrective action strategy. The salesman of graduate in senior high school or professional school is more hope the company to adopt the evade responsibility strategy. The salesman of younger, seniority not too deep, and more than 20 years is more hope the company to adopt the admission or apology strategy.
