Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 材料與製造工程所 === 94 === The purpose of this study is to promote the working efficiency, and to decrease the rate of bottle damage while using an automatic bottle-overlay machine. The thesis effectively combines fuzzy theory and PID control concept, and then presents a fuzzy PID control system to guide the bottle pigeonhole stamping process. This will be applied to the actual glass and ceramic wine bottles.
The results show that the PID control system can be applied to various specifications of different wine bottles. One can also acquire a satisfactory performance on automatic bottle stamping process.
