For example, gas was used to glass dried, cleaning or paper & fabrics seasoned …etc.; If the used liquid under a steady flowing condition, it could be applied in medicament coating of LCD processing;if the superfine solid particle in the air, then we could apply It is used to bead coating on a plain surface, i.e. Ceramic bead coated on the surface of IR plate which inside the Post Curing during LCD processing, or coated on the surface of sand paper…etc. This study uses the numerical simulation to investigate the gas flow phenomenon of the air knife. We adopt the Comsol Multiphysics to simulate the flow behaviors and flow spread situation. From the results, we could conclude that the inlet pressure of the air knife had a large affection of the jet flow field.
