Throughout the entire process, magnesium nitric acid the main factor that influences etching speed, high consistency electrolytic that speed etches fast. When the consistency is above 70g/L, the etched speed eases. The adding of citric acid forms stable chemical complex compounds with the metalline ion of magnesium. Then it is to make the electricity print figure and color more lasting and luster. Different molecular weight of polyethylene glycol will influence the appearance of electricity marking figure and any studies shows the best appearance of the polyethylene glycol is polyethylene glycol 10000. With the joining of the low to foam anion surface-active agents, it improves the electrolytic liquid moistly and the appearance of electricity marking appears to be more ideal and delicate. none 許健興 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 83 zh-TW |
