All aluminum doors, windows and fins of the fan can be made up by the aluminum extrusion machine. Aluminum extrusion machine will be deformed on the high temperature. The central point of the container tube will be skewed, and the products after extruding are bad. Because the structure of the aluminum extrusion machine and the boundary conditions are quite complicated, to solve the thermal deformations and stress by theoretical method is impossible. In this thesis, we use ANSYS and finite element method to simulate aluminum extrusion machine on high-temperature, and analyze the thermal deformations and assembled stress of the container tire. In addition, the thermal boundary conditions in the simulation are obtained by using THERMACAM to measure the temperature of the aluminum extrusion machine. none 陳孝武 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW
