| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共政策所 === 94 === As the approach of population moving on the globalization, the foreign spouses in Taiwan society increase instantly, and the problems caused by marriage immigrants crash the social structure of our country. Besides, Taiwan now faces the problems of children deficiency, native women’s willing of procreation rate decreases, and the proportion of the marriage immigrant descendant gradually rises. Therefore, it makes our society facing these problems and our government also established the immigration agency in 2006.
This article took east-southern Asia foreign spouses for research from the viewpoint of culture theorem and globalization, analyzed the static data announced in 2004 by the ministry of interior, compared with the 12 case studies of Houli Township, Taichung County, discussed the living problems and actual requirement, and reexamined the immigrant management policy and assistance manners.
From the aspects of population features, socio-economical status, economical necessity, raising and education of children, family interaction, relationship network etc., this article discovered that there is a big difference between the assistance manner and actual requirement, and some exaggerated problems are due to intentional or unintentional misunderstandings, and even slanders.
This article aimed at nowadays assistance manner policy, suggested to improve Chinese literacy education, to elevate the availability of welfare information, to make a completely plan about the 3000 million assistance found of foreign spouses, and to improve the organization and manpower of immigration agency, for expecting these marriage immigrants can get used to our society more smoothly and becoming the assistance of Taiwan’s development.
