Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 設計研究所碩士在職專班 === 94 === The research based upon method of the Post-Occupancy Evaluation is to discover the situation of the creative space on campus , to understand how satisfied the teachers and the students with the creative space on campus, and to estimate the creative space on campus evaluated from space speciality、space and teaching、environmental factor and individual background、behavior, etc. The research use the method of the Post-Occupancy Evaluation, collecting the data from questionnaires and interviews from completed by experienced teachers, interviews with both teachers and 3-6 grade students from Fang Yuan、Sin Bao、Xi Pan elementary school in Changhua , and the number of samples is 272. Descriptive statistics , Chi-square test , Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test were conducted to test each research question. The results are as follows: (1) About two or four girls like to engage in motionless activities, more than six boys are engaged in active activities. Third and sixth grade students often go to class outdoors, but fifth grade students seldom go to class outdoors. (2) Third grade students have higher satisfaction, but sixth grade students’ satisfaction is so-so. (3) The behaviors such as chatting, reading、enjoying scenery and playing have a profound influence on the satisfaction . (4) Teachers give a lesson once a week in creative space, often carry out art and humanism domain curriculum, seldom carry out math domain curriculum in creative space. (5) Space style and space feeling have a profound influence on the satisfaction . (6) The most dissatisfied item : poor sanitation, safety, noise pollution. The major purpose of this study is to offer help to schools for creative space plan . Key Words : creative space on campus , post-occupancy evaluation , satisfaction
