It made a miraculous record of growth over 100% popularizing rate during 5 years. As a result, the mobile voice marketing growth has slowed down. The mobile data market was growing like snail pace and new technologic competitor (3G) entry the market in this saturated market where bring about a diversified service and more competitive circumstance. So Taiwanese mobile market is worthy of paying more attention on its future.
Furthermore, due to build many radio base station (BTS) for mobile network by different operators in Taiwan. It cause protesting event was happened constantly from populaces who afraid of the radio wave injury them. This situation not only made operators hard to build and maintenance the BTS, but also made the network communication quality attenuation. It will become a big obstacle to carry out “Mobile Taiwan” plan in the future if this situation is sustained.
This study trying to build a model with system dynamics methodology to present the problem that descript as above, then give a simulation with this model to look at the interaction among the variables and find out some key factors. The study conclusion is the license policy of government decided the quantity of BTS; the power of government will restrain protesting from populaces that keep operator’s business normally, and the way to break growing bottleneck is keep developing new product function and expand customer base by operator.
These studyied results will to be a reference for plan of government policy and operator’s business strategy in the futur, and then make a maximum benefits from marketing in this inustry.
