The essential ground for the internet to be the successful knowledge sharing platform, in particular, has piqued our great interests to probe deeply into it. However, the previous studies on the knowledge sharing were virtually lying in a somewhat limited domain, such as the knowledge management in the organization behavior, rather than in an open-structured system as the internet. This study is based on the theory of Knowledge Transaction Market and the TAM model, surveying the users of the “Yahoo! Kimo Knowledge+”. Through the questionnaire on the website, we effectively collect the data from 332 users, and literally analyze the cognitive factors that influence the willingness of people to share the knowledge on the internet by means of SPSS for Pearson’s Correlation, Multiple Regression analysis. The results of our study find that the main incentives for people to do knowledge sharing lie in both extrinsic motivators (eg. substantial rewarding, and usefulness), and intrinsic motivators (eg. practicability, altruism, mutualism, and trust). The conclusion of this paper and the purport in management should provide informative reference for further academic research and practical applications. 許晉龍 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 107 zh-TW |
