The military police has simplified and progressed to reorganize with time. The military police’s work load didn’t reduce with the simplication. At the same time,the work load seems get burdent. As the result,how to face the challenge is my study. The study is discussing the influence which military police's simplication in the international situation.and the influence after the organization revolution.And discuss whether come with another crisis.According to the experiment, this study infers 1.“The higher the internationalized perception,the higher benefit of revolution”; “The higher the internationalized perception, the better the career management. 2.The proper the work load , the less the crisis.The more the benefit of revolution, the less the crisis 3. The organization revolution influence military police's profession. 4.The more perfect the military police's function , the less the crisis . 5.The degree of the internationalized perception go with the crisis. As the result, to avoid the failure of the organization revolution leading to crisis.The managers of organization should communicate with the inner members in advance to make them realize the international trends.On the other hand ,the work load didn’t reduce with the current simplicaton.of the military police.
