Depends on the phase of the enterprises life cycle, different organization scheme should be chosen and adapted. And the leadership should adjust its approach accordingly to bring the completed operation performance. Then, the culture of the enterprises could be established. The analysis is aim at how the different leadership style and the organization scheme type to affect the operation performance.
