Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 事業經營研究所碩士在職專班 === 94 === This research is focus on analyzing Taiwan small-to-medium size enterprises strategy development based on the theory of enterprises life cycle, which is different than the most of current studies by using the quantitative method. Depends on the phase of the enterprises life cycle, different organization scheme should be chosen and adapted. And the leadership should adjust its approach accordingly to bring the completed operation performance. Then, the culture of the enterprises could be established.
The analysis is aim at how the different leadership style and the organization scheme type to affect the operation performance. As the result, the manner of aggressive self-developed leader drives the company developing, and the characteristics of the leadership shapes the cooperation culture, and the view to set the business scale is the key to show in the enterprise growth.
