Techniques and experiences will be taken out to other countries because of moving out of industries. Take China for instance, the manufacturing industry in China has followed the steps of Taiwan, which has lots of developing industry experience; and China had accumulated quite good capabilities of manufacturing. Now China has become the largest manufacturing center around the world. In the past, most of the manufacturing industries in Taiwan used OEM to cultivate and improve their own techniques, in that way, they ignored building their own brands and having no thought for being a competitive industry. This research focuses on what the tennis racket industry should do to become a competitive industry on the earth.
