The management of operating performance is playing an increasingly important role. Therefore, it is critical to develop an effective model to evaluate the management performance of banks. According to the financial rations commended by the data from 1999 to 2004, the 6 sample banks (Hua Nan Commercial Bank, Taipei Fubon Bank, E. Sun Bank, Chinatrust Commercial Bank, Taishin Bank, Bank SinoPac) are categorized . And in this way we are going to value and compare their financial performance evaluation. And the variables turn to the following indexes: profitability, circulating, capital suitability, efficiency and growth. With the 20 financial rations, I consider that financial rations because of the short time of establishing holding company to evaluate the effect of the every sample banks and order them by comparing their gaining benefits. The research suggest that the evaluation of banking subsidiary would perform positive after the holding company established. In other words, the banks would improve for synergy.
