碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業工程與科技管理學系碩士在職專班 === 94 === In this study, the quantificational data of every school and department of a university was analyzed at the respect of productivity. A general and objective performance evaluation was constructed to evaluate the performances of global mode and local mode of every school and department. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy process, Average method, and Data Envelopment Analysis method were applied to investigate the every constant index weight value and evaluation value. A university in central part ofTaiwan was taken as an example,and the performance was evaluated to provide the information to the manager as reference. The results showed that the department which had more output items could not reach efficient value because the input resource was too much and could not be used efficiently. The productivity of smaller department could not beefficient because the scale was not big enough and must be expanded to raise the production efficiency. Therefore, the measurement of every decision unit should be based on efficiency but not effectiveness , because measured by efficiency was more objective and fair.
