Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 94 === Career motivation is the determinant that will influence on pursuing personal career achievement. According to the article 8 of the Rules of the Labor Standards Act, members who apply to the Labor Standards Act could follow the old rules. However, members who quit and rehired should apply to the new rules. Therefore, career motivation of the individual has a decisive function while the workers have certain degree of work experiences and qualifications and face the choice of the old and new rules. This study showed that there was significant correlation between pension plan and career motivation; moreover, there was significant difference between career motivation and gender, level of education, average salary, number of children, occupation.
The labor may have no difference of dominance for fear of make and implement newly to the impression of the new or old system. The result of logistic regression showed that working age and service seniority and wages level further could predict effectively which kind of retirement system the labor chooses, among them the working age and service seniority and retirement system had the higher intensity of relation to participate in the state. As to the career motivation, there got an low relational intension of valid expectation value to people’s choosing their pension programs in the two aspect, “mastery motivation” and “career/education aspiration”.
