The research scope, is by the Sinyi township inhabitant primarily, take this administrative division respective Dongpu,Fongciou,Minde,Renhe,Shuanglong, Dili and so on six villages communities inhabitant as the research object, The sample picks non- probability sampling quota sampling, altogether obtains 250 effectively to ask the volume, and 10.0 statistics software carries on the statistical data analysis by SPSS for the windows, its result, the significance performs to explain. After real diagnosis findings, cognition of and manner meter the this research institute establishment to below conclusion: 1、in the management significance stratification plane,participates in, the economy and the ecological equilibrium take the community inhabitant thinks the most important factor as the participant. 2、in the management category stratification plane, contains the community environment landscape as well as the return natural idea most participant by the forest ecosystem management approves. 3、carries out in the content stratification plane in the management, is as most first considers take the environment care and the environment quality. 4、in appraisal response stratification plane, take inhabitant opinion and correlation economy development as nicest project. 5、in motion tendency stratification plane, then is participates in the correlation plan, the government correlation unit by the inhabitant assists to carry out the forest ecosystem management together most to approve. This research is take the community angle as a starting point, uses the inhabitant and the correlation resources of and the strength,creates the aspect together which double wins, Therefore when development woods □ecosystem management, must understand special characteristic of and the cultural characteristic the local, by and its cognition of and manner regarding the ecosystem management, And conformity related government strength, during management management, also must act the surveillance the role, with appraised the forest ecosystem management achievement, gives Taiwan the forest ecosystem to establish to continue forever foundation of the management.
