Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系碩士班 === 94 === As the global ageing increase, “Long Stay”, “Seasonal Host”... and so on the special service industry are being on the rise. In view of the fact that “Long Stay” development is a tendency for the future leisure industry, so the main purpose of this research will construct a set of evaluation indicators for Long Stay Japanese Pensioner tourists in Taiwan, and aims at the correlation necessary measure to analyze, then draws up the development strategy.
According to the historical literature review and Delphi method, the research would discuss the essence of Long Stay activity. Second, with reviewing and analyzing the past studies, the research would draw up each item of Taiwan develops Japanese senior’s Long Stay activity. Third, through Delphi method, the research would investigate, collect and construct a set of indicator system for Taiwan to develop Long Stay Japanese Pensioner tourist’s business. Finally, aim at four constructs: “background of country”, “administrative assistance”, “environment of host” and “community leisure programs” to indicate suggesting ways.
The main conclusion of this research shows that there are 52 items for the finally construction on evaluation indicators of Long Stay activity. The most important evaluation indicators are “friendly by the national people to the Japanese”, “interaction between commune and Japanese Pensioner tourists”, and “medical equipment (service)”.
Moreover, future strategy in view of Taiwan, the research proposes six suggestions for the government and the folk enterprise to arrange Long Stay activities. The suggestions were shown as follows:
1.To regard Japanese pensioner tourists as primary target of Long Stay activity.
2.To investigate Japanese pensioner tourists’ will for Long Stay in Taiwan.
3.To do the field investigation to another country that develops Long Stay.
4.To investigate communes’ attitude for Long Stay in their community.
5.To regard “Long Stay” as the state policy.
6.To establish a group to promote “Long Stay” programs.
7.To help the “Long Stay” community to formulate their own strategy.
