碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 設計研究所 === 94 === Nowadays, due to the diverse usage of metal related products have been developed and applied to auto parts, medical appliances, golf club industry, and sanitary goods, the added-values of what have been carried out to enhance the lifestyle and ease applications. The techniques of casting have been driven out with ideas to fulfill the endless demands and desirable wants. Furthermove, the workmanship also creates with a boost with dedicated researches and pricise practices. However, an one-time successful pilot run of casting is merely an Utopia to casting engineers. How to breakthrough the chanllenges of imperfection and tarnishes are the homework of all technical engineers. The common usage of casting troubleshootings are with the trial-run methods by accompanying with forerunners’ expertises. The objeccive of this study is to optimize the casting techniques by utilizing the virtual simulations.The scenarios will both directly and indirectly uplift the pulsation of the forwarding progresses of casting techology.
