Recently researches point out the cell apoptosis is the one reason of artherosclerosis. In this study, we examined the pathways for MAP Kinases（Mitogen Activated Protein Kinases）protein activation. In the experiment，the A7r5 from rats to talk about FCBA（AC-10） owns the protective effects and the ability of delaying aging after adding CSE .In the western blotting，we find CSE cause p-JNK、p-ERK、p-c fos、p-MEK、p-p38、pro-casepase-8、p53、 c-Jun... expression increasing，to prove the CSE cause the smooth muscle cell to apoptosis. The expression increasing just to prove it make damage to smooth muscle cell. Otherwise，that AC-10 has good at protecting on smooth muscel cell. 第2部分 The fruiting body of Antrodia camphorata is well known in Taiwan as “niu-chang chih” It has been used for many disease：the treatment of food and drug intoxication, abdominal pain, hypertension, skin itching and anti-tumor. Smoking is dangerous for human bodies.The most important reason is cigarettes contain a plenty of free radical and ROS.Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are discussed extensively in free radicals. Because of unpair electrons, ROS will have strong activation to induce a series chain-reaction,which can result to attack human cells and tissues or produce secondary substances to prompt cells structure and function changed. In the study，Antrodia camphorata owns the ability of protecting from oxidation and against cardiovascular，protecting the lung cell（MRC-5）to decrease damege from cigarettes smoke extract .
