This technical is widely used for the extraction of the active ingredient in the natural products. This study starts at the extraction by supercritical carbon dioxide to extract 6-gingerol from ginger powder. During the extraction , it is based on the One-Factor at a time technique , fixed the temperature at 40℃, pressure at 3500psi and changed the factors of static, dynamic extraction time and the proportions of the solvent by modifiered alcohol to find out the best extration conditions for the spicy 6-gingerol at the different conditions. The best experimental conditions of the extraction are on the temperature at 40℃, pressure at 3500psi, static extraction for 10 min. and dynamic extraction 20 min. The amount of 6-gingerol is 0.118 mg/g in the extractant. The experiment also find that It will not increase the effecancy of the extraction when adding the modified alcohol into the extration solvent. During the enlarge experiment, the best extraction conditions are static extraction 20 min. dynamic extraction 10 min. and at the fixed temperature and pressure. The content of the 6-gingerol in the solvent is 0.10mg/g. The preparation method for the nanoparticles by the supercritical carbon dioxide will be Rapid Expansion of Supercritical Solutions (RESS)、Particles from Gas-Saturated Solutions (PGSS)、Gas Anti-Solvent Crystallization (GAS)、Solution Enhanced Dispersion by Supercritical fluids (SEDS)、Aerosol Solvent Extracion System (ASES)、Precipitation with Compressed Fluid Anti-Solvent (PCA) Supercriticalanti-Solvent (SAS).In the research will discuss the coating material during the preparation of particles of 6-gingerol and address the technical and application of the preparation particles in Taiwan.
