The product of aluminum diacetate was obtained in 67.3% of yield. We make a composition analysis of Aluminum acetate from four different companies in the market. We compare the difference which is between self-made composition and other companies compositions. The result of an analysis about aluminum concentration is that self-made composition is 14.8% but the composition of the companies is between 13.5~16.4%; the result of an analysis about sodium residual is that self-made composition is 240.8ppm and the other is between 109.6ppm~312.8ppm. Furthermore, we use fluid-bed spray/granulator/coater to make aluminum chloride coating with Polymethacrylate. After many experiments we make a conclusion. The first is we choose Eudragit S to be coating. The second is that the plasticizer is Citroflex-2. The third is that the choice of plasticizer concentration is added about 15% of Eudragit S into solution. At this time, it is the best ductility and unfriability.
