From present writings, we can find that study on '' people '' is more complicated and important with the environment’s speedy change and the socialization degree which an organization adapts to. Probing into the main discussion and study to people''s relevant subject, the research is studying on the relation among personality, organization structure, job satisfaction and job performance. In view of the above we use the investigation method of the questionnaire to the staff of Taichung Export Processing Zone, in accordance with organizing scale and staff''s number to adopt the random sampling, and we analyze the statistical information from effective questionnaires with the software--SPSS FOR WINDOWS 10.0 editions in order to test the research’s hypothesis.
In accordance with studying the result from analyzing the information of the research, three conclusions are obtained as follows:
First, under the variety of different background , there are significant differences among staff in Taichung Export Processing Zone in personality, job satisfaction and job performance.
Second, for faculties of the staff in Taichung Export Processing Zone, there are connections among personality, job satisfaction and job performance.
Third, for faculties of the staff in Taichung Export Processing Zone, there are apparent predictions in personality, organization structure and job satisfaction to job performance,
According to above-mentioned conclusions of the research, some suggestions to the administrators of organizations in Taichung Export Processing Zone are proposed as follows:
First, the result from the real example in this research has apparently strong prediction to staff''s job performance, staff''s personality (extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness) display a better degree, it is the higher degree that job performance (teamwork, behavior of respecting work, courtesy, civic virtue, task performance )display. Therefore, government''s organization or the institution regards the personality as the most important consulting basis while making human resource planning.
Second, the real example in this research shows that high neuroticism staff has negative relationship with job performance and job satisfaction. Therefore, Taichung export process zone is suggested to hire as less staff with high neuroticism as possible.
Third, the real example in this research declares that the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is positive. It is higher the degree of job satisfaction(pay, work itself, supervision, coworker ), the higher degree of job performance(teamwork, behavior of respecting work, courtesy, civic virtue, task performance ). Therefore, job performance can be improved directly by increasing staff’s job satisfaction with strengthening staff’s satisfaction in the four dimensions of pay, work itself, supervision and coworker).
Fourth, according to analysis result of staff job satisfaction to job performance, when the dimension of promotion is not obvious and it is the lowest in whole job satisfaction, it shows that staff is the most unsatisfied in promotion and it deserves to be improved.
Fifth, according to the analysis result of staff''s personality and job satisfaction to the whole job performance, the prediction is work itself, coworker, conscientiousness, neuroticism (shoulders to the relation), openness to experience, supervision, and promotion in order. Organization can choosebeing above-mentioned items that can predict job performance to improve staff''s whole job performance.
Sixth, Taichung Export Processing Zone are facing transition of industry in science and technology and market competition. Organization administrator should recruit staff with higher openness to experience, conscientiousness and lower-neuroticisms in personality to meet the needs of present situation of market keen competition and transition of industry and to improve staff’s job performance.
