The method of this study was used computational fluid dynamic software FLUENT to simulate the different channel shape and bending place of channel :one is rectangular;and the other is full round . Using different mass flow rate in the anode channel,different gas diffusion layer porosity and different temperature to observe and compare effect for the cell. The results of simulation reveal that enhance temperature and increase porosity can improve current density. The effect of increasing Reynold number is not huge to current density,but can make consumption of concentration delay.
