Until recent years, liquid crystal is used in display application and changing with each passing day. Because light, saving power, and portable performance, it rapidly replaces the traditional CRT display and becomes a head of display. The technology of TFT-LCD is more proficient than other display. At present, it focuses in high resolution, large size plane. Because that, it meets a lot of difficulties, like driving time. In accordance with this, we focus in the output buffer of source driver design. Request for low power and high slew rate, we design a high performance operation amplifier for output buffer of source driver with rail-to-rail input/output range, push-pull class AB output buffer. And we combine two slew rate enhancement circuits for shorten driving time. This circuit is designed for driving high voltage TFT and fabricated in Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) 0.3um high voltage 2P4M polycide 3.3V/13.5V.
