Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 94 === In this dissertation we use the references to form a series of 2,4,6-triphenyl-1,3,5-triazine derivatives and apply to the electron transfer layers of the organic light-emitting device, observing the efficiency of their elements’ electron transfer layers. Besides, we add the concept of n-doped layers and mix LiF with the functions of n-doped layers to our components as the electron transfer layers. The main purpose is to improve the efficiency of electron transfer layers so that the efficiency of elements can also be improved.
