Utilizing the metallocene catalyst to get the HDPE (high density polyethylene) and Nickel-diimine (DMN) catalyst to get the VLDPE (very low density polyethylene), loaded the two kinds of catalyst of catalyst into mesoporous to form a new-type and then the polymerization are carried inside the limiting space. In this way try to improve tradition of two different kinds of polymers. The catalyst are inserted into the mesoporous and activated by MAO. The polymerization is carried inside the nanosize of the mesoporous. The different kinds of reaction conditions are studied inside the limiting space of mesoporous.
The results show that the polymerization is influenced by regular hole in mesoporous and the degree of crystallinity of the polymer is increasing. And its branch obviously reduces in polymer chain of VLDPE due to the confining space. The effective of two kinds of polymer blending are by DSC and NMR spectra.
