Second, according to the customer requirement, it calculates the loading of the machine capacity. Third, it defines the bottleneck by the loading of the machine capacity. Last, it develops the logic to decide the batch size based on the requirement of the bottleneck. Furthermore, after executing the model in the shop floor of paper industry, it reduces the production lead time about 60%, and enhances the productivity about 32% in weight and 44% in quantity.
