The data of this research is based on the Bureau of National Health Insurance data in the National Health Research Institutes. It contains the patient’s personal information, hospital information, outpatient services and hospitalized information as the analysis resources. The objective of this study is to consider the circumstances of the diabetic using medical resources and other related factors. Moreover, the result of this research could provide a reference for medical personnel in reducing the medical resources and costs, as well as for every diabetic to possess the integrity of medical services.
