Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 化工與材料工程研究所 === 94 === HEMA-HMDI-PEG-HEMA-HMDI-HEMA (PEG-HEMA based resin) is synthesized by two-step addition method﹒The above resins can be reactioned by UV-curing due to the function of C=C double bonds in its HEMA- ending﹒Further﹐the commercialized PLGA is introduced into the above resins﹐and then photo-cured to form Semi-IPN blending resins﹒In addition this research also introduces directly hybrid or dip-coating the nano-silver-particles (size<80nm) into﹒Semi-IPN resins﹐which the biodegradable nanomaterials will be proceeded to study for its antibiotic properties﹒The results show that the blended Semi-IPN resins with single Tg by DSC analysis are completely compatible due to the hydrogen-bonds interaction of being mixed PEG-HEMA phase into PLGA phase﹒Its single Tg value﹐according to increase the PLGA ratio in the Semi-IPN resins﹐increase gradually to near 39℃ via the Semi-IPN resins with 90 wt% PLGA phase﹒Similarly﹐the above resin by TGA﹐water absorption﹐or contact angle analysis further exhibit to be a compatiable Semi- IPN phase﹒Hence﹐in the future study﹐the formulation in the PLGA/PEG- HEMA biomatierials will be designed to be the direction of full- IPN blending in order to promote its antisolvent and mechanical properties﹒
