Because of the reasan, the factories in Taiwan of IT and celluar phone follow the Smartphones Industry. The research confers the industry of smartphone in Taiwan according to its scope with the characteristic product of smartphone, value chain of factories and industry analysis. The research adopts the analytical method of fuzzy Delphi and FAHP with the Porter’s theory of Value Chain, selected the survey subjects with judgment sampling, and analyzed the weight relationships between each perspective and the criteria. The results generated six factors on the key success factors for the smartphone industry in Taiwan, such as (1) process quality control capability, (2) master the trend of the market, (3) possession new pattern equipment, (4) mold brand image capability, (5) after-sales service capability, (6) marketing public capability. We present four strategic proposals: (1) value chain integration, (2) sustainable development design, (3) mold brand image and brand value with high quality, (4) blue ocean stragegy: alliance of smartphone manufacturer, operating system manufacturer, and telecommunication service providers for niche market development. 李孟訓 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 158 zh-TW |
