Summary: | 碩士 === 長榮大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 94 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the role of the project management methodologies in a learning organization, and the effects of project management while an organization implementing learning. This study applies inductive analysis, which gathers data by reviewing literatures or written documents. Our results suggest that project management is suitable for implementing organizational learning. Nevertheless, some sub-processes in the fields of time, cost, quality, risk, and procurement are sometimes ignored when organization implemented organizational learning. Therefore, organizational learning implementation would be much more effective if organizations consider the whole project management framework in the future.
