In consequence, it stir up the tour fervor in Taiwan. For that reason, it plans that theme park industry is the region of the research, and making use of the Balanced Scorecard, Kaplan & Norton (1992), with the main four perspectives such as finance, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth, and also collecting many published literature studied in domestic and overseas in order to establish the initiative hierarchy framework for the key success factors of increasing business performance for the theme park. The questionnaire enquirers focus on professionals in the correlative field, and then integrating professional''s comments about the business performance for the theme park by applying the theory of the fuzzy Delphi and fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, in order to find out the key success factors of increasing business performance for the theme park. The result obviously shows that 16 factors are found out to as the hierarchy framework of fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process questionnaire after the fuzzy Delphi method analysis. Then after fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, the key success factors of increasing business performance for the theme park are staff''s education and training, staff''s satisfaction, image and reputation, service immediately, the absorptive activities plan, and convenient transportation.
