It results in cause the troop’s training and technique difficult to well prepare for war. In order to make the army troops be able to prepare for war and the training, and then not to act against current training policy and the consideration of the safety of the soldiers. We must develop well-trained soldiers under the limited time; therefore, new valid curriculum design for training center has already become solemnly the foundation for the troops training and preparation for war in the days to come. This research draws up through Quality Function Deployment and analyzes the training center curriculum design, and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process and gives rating according to the House of Quality to find customer need. By interviewing the expert to design the need of training program, we put together and compare the important curriculum programming method that expert think and the important curriculum programming method that grass-roots staff need and then find out the most appropriate curriculum programming method from it, to improve the existing curriculum, and promote the training result. The study shows that the curriculum programming should initially design to educate at the request and satisfy the general troop’s needs; this is what the training center should work hard to improve on. The next step should consider and design the program curriculum to include soldier's problem solving/thinking skills, to attain the purpose of the teaching interaction. Thirdly, the gathering of the case studies to improve and emphasis soldier’s learning experience; this is what should be carrying out. This research result will be able to provide the training center for newly enlist soldier with the idea for improvement, and use it for training course design reference, then push the training system to brand-new beginning of a reign.
