| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理研究所 === 94 === When typhoon invaded Taiwan, it brought rainfall that often broke the past return period records. The inundation often caused serious embankment damages that become disasters such as residence and farmland being serious flooded, and traffic being cut off. In order to provide fast relief and prevent the damages from expanding continuously, the effective emergency repair method of river revetment is needed. The goal of the study is to efficiently evaluate the most applicable repair method of river revetment within a short time for flood-control safety.
This study will evaluate all the emergency repair methods for river revetment. When choosing the methods, consideration priority of each method will be reviewed fist. The factors that affect the effectiveness of repaired revetment, and the evaluation factors of the policymaker in the river management organization are also analyzed. Then suggestions were provided the decision procedure and decision tree. Finally, discuss and verify with actual cases of river revetment, to develop an efficient and effective of emergency repair method.
