A number of literatures and researches, based on conventional questionnaire and performance evaluation, studied what and how the factors to influence employee satisfaction, nevertheless Kano’s model has been proven to be a useful approach. Kano’s model, which divide the quality elements into five categories, they are must-be, one-dimensional, attractive, indifferent and reverse attribute, is originated from the study of product quality, and hence implemented in many other areas such as services. In this study, we try to apply Kano’s model to evaluate employee satisfaction and the relationship wuth job characteristics. The results of the rescarch showed that: (1) Job characteristicsmodel isn’t exactly applied for employee satisfaction in high-tech industry. (2) Most elements of employee satisfaction are categoried to one-dimentional. (3) Personnel variables have positive relationships with compensation system, the design of working place and job accowntability. Yu-Cheng Lee 李友錚 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 91 zh-TW
