However, since most projects are subject to concerns over time, quality, and budget, it becomes necessary to execute project management in a more efficient way and fine solutions to facilitate communications so that comprehensive project management can be achieved. Therefore, scholars have brought up meeting flow management to effectively keep track of the progress of a project and to improve supervision. In addition, since there is difference between projects, the standard meeting flows might not be suitable for all projects. Regarding this, the research intends to introduce a means to adjust meeting process by adopting “similarity coefficient method,” which is widely applied in “group technology” in manufacturing industries, and by introducing “idle coefficient method.” The ultimate goals of the management system are to effectively regulate meeting process based on the characterized information input by users, better control the time consumed for project development, and thus make the whole project meeting process more flexible. Finally, a model is formulated in this research as a proof to reflect the overall concept introduced in this research.
