Therefore, in facing this whole new challenge, every enterprise needs to think about how to enhance its overall competencies to maintain its advantages in such a competitive market. In order to accommodate such changes, the major subject for every enterprise is how to bring the E-business into practice effectively. The issues about E-business will be discussed hereinafter as a case study, including the evaluation made by the enterprise after actually carrying out E-business. Main purposes in this study are first to analyze the development and the importance of E-business; secondly to probe into the characteristics of industry; and thirdly to evaluate the performance as well as to construct the framework of E-business. In this study, PCB in Formosa group, we try to evaluate the achievements of E-business by using PCB (Printed Circuit Board). The achievement of PCB using different questionnaires can be evaluated by finance and customer perspectives. So we try to draw up the most suitable indicators of evaluation from the implementation of E-business in this case study for those enterprises that want to bring E-business into practice. From the result of this study, we can understand what kind of problems in PCB may occur during the development of E-business, and also what enterprises can do to solve these problems.
