Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 光機電整合工程所 === 94 === We report on a simple method for forming Bi/In alloy micro-solder balls and metal nanowires. The alloy nanowires are prepared by electro filed assist process into nanopores of anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) template on a silicon substrate. The templates have a narrow distribution of pore sizes from 20 nm to 200nm. Here we have produced high-aspect-ratio alloy nanowire arrays. The nanostructures can be fabricated rapid less than few seconds. Besides, the diameter and height of the nanowires can be controlled using the confining dimensions of the template. The nanowires are characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), CCD, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
