The thesis presents how to use the measuring instrument and its software to analyze measured data by statistical method and examines whether conformable to the present standards. Finally, the thesis will present simulations of the power transmission system by ATP edition of Electromagnetic Transients Program (EMTP) to analyze the operating condition when electric arc furnace (EAF) and filter, and discuss the transitional condition and its difference between switch-on and switch-off of the switches used by EAF and filter. The contributions of the thesis include 1) proposing a method to compute governing limits of THDI, individual harmonic current and voltage flicker, and being a reference to research in the future; 2) using the measured results from the harmonic current and voltage flicker of the 161/69kV bus and the MOF point of related users to judge whether corresponding with governing standards, and taking as background information for study in the future; 3) establishing a simulation system to analyze the stable and transition conditions of the EAF and filter. none 張文恭 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 155 zh-TW |
